Membership Benefits

The Scarsdale Chamber is pleased to offer our members medical insurance and discount dental, vision and prescription drug programs for small businesses, sole proprietors, freelancers, 1099 real estate agents and others, at attractive group rates.

Check out these benefits:

Health Insurance:

• Group rates which are lower than individual rates.
• Guaranteed-acceptance provided you have employment income.
• No medical underwriting.
• No pre-existing condition limitations or waiting periods provided you had prior coverage.
• No lifetime maximum benefit caps.
• Dependents covered to age 26.
• Eight plans ranging from plans with out of network coverage, to network only plans and high deductible catastrophic coverage, aka health savings accounts (HSA plans).
• For companies, employee may individually pick the plans option that meets their needs.

Dental/Vision/Prescription Discount Plans:

• Dental/Vision/Prescription Rx discount plans starting at $7/mo (10% discount if paid annually) for groups and individuals. Group participation is completely voluntary. Dental plan uses Aetna, one of the largest dental networks in the area.

Long Term Care:

• 5% discount on Prudential Long term care insurance. This is in addition to other discounts and reductions you might be eligible for, such as spouse or partner discounts and the preferred rate class.
